- An annual income of at least $75,000 or more is required.
- The following are not eligible for this offer:
A. Groups (two or more affiliated couples traveling together);
B. Previous participants in a Cal-Am Resort Vacation packages within the past year; all employees and their immediate family members of Cal-Am Properties, Inc., and their affiliated entities; and Cal-Am Resort home owners
TOUR PRESENTATION
- Attendance at the Discover Cal Am Presentation is required to receive this special offer. (Tour takes approximately 90 to 120 minutes)
- Failure to complete the discovery tour and presentation will result in a daily room rate charge of $249.00 per night. Any and all special gifts or promotional items will be void of delivery.
- Failure to partially attend or not attend the discovery tour and presentation will result in an immediate charge to your credit card of the difference between the nightly discounted rate and the retail rate of $249.00.
- All parties checking into the Discovery Villas are required to attend the discovery tour together in order to receive the current nightly rate and any promotional items or gifts.
OFFER

- Travel must be completed within 12 months of package purchase date.
- Stay must be consecutive nights.
- Stays are currently available only at designated Villas in Mesa Regal Resort 4700 E. Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85205
- All currency mentions are U.S. dollars.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations of a reservation within 30 days of arrival date and no-shows will forfeit package and package price.
- You will have 12 months to rebook your reservation and receive credit for your future stay.
- Stay must be consecutive nights.
- Reservation cancelled under 30 days may be rescheduled upon availability, up to one (1) year from date of cancellation.
- Cancellations are only accepted in writing from the date received (email/USPS).
- Any reservation 30 days or more from arrival date will be issued a full refund including any fees and taxes. The refund may take up to 14 business days.
- You will have 12 months to rebook your reservation and receive credit for your future stay.
- A change in reservations to include arrival dates, and or departure dates, on any or all future reservations, is subject to availability at the time the change is requested.
- A transfer of a reservation or a change in a reservation may not result in a refund.
- Refunds are not given for early departure, or any unused portion of your stay under any circumstances, including weather.
ACCOMMODATIONS
- Accommodations are for a maximum of two adults.
- At least one occupant per Villa must be 55 and over.
- Villas are one-bedrooms, with a queen-size bed, and kitchenette.
- Do not purchase airfare until your arrival dates are confirmed.
- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
- Due to the nature of this offer, room reservations are limited and on a space-available basis.
- After scheduling room reservations, an email confirmation will be sent to you and must be presented at check-in.
- Purchase price of nightly rate must be paid at time of reservation, using a major credit card which is also required at check-in.
- You may incur other incidental fees that are not included in your package cost, taxes, tips, food services and other charges of a personal nature, if you request these services.
- Resort amenities subject to change.

GUIDELINES
- Smoking is prohibited in the unit. Penalty fee for smoking is $500, or subsequent damages caused by smoking may result in additional charges.
- No Pets are allowed in the unit. Penalty fee for bringing a pet is $500.
- Any damage to Resort property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room.
- Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation home ownership in Arizona.
